We can recommend an Expert, in following situations:

1) your perception is that there are too many comparable CV in the Data Base and ask us (email sent through the FORM) about our oppinion on them. We will be able to give more feedback only about the experts on which we've got some feedback from assignments/clients (i.e. - when they have worked for us). Also, recommended experts - will be among those who have a valid file and with all taxes - paid.

2) in Data Base appears interesting CVs, but contacting details are missing (is provided only a CODe), because:
2a) expert's choice (i.e.: works only in free time / after the regular job and prefer to be represented by the Administrator of www.experts.ro)
2b) the expert prefer a a more consistent preliminary information about the need/problem - before to get involved  (i.e: does not want to get involved in free, long telephone consultancies - with persons rather interested to shop around with easy questions)
2c) the expert work rarely/less (and mostly in certain geographical areas and periods of time) - compared with 'common' requests, reason for which the expert is interested into a preliminary filtering provided by the Administrator of www.experts.ro


3) does't exist any appropriate expert in Data Base - close enough to the considered need. Based on your stated need, may be possible to know and/or find experts which are not in our data base. This is a Head Hunting type of service.


Work frame:
Our intention is that in less than 36 hours, to send you an answer with 2-5 experts.
If your request is not clear enough or exist too many experts matching it, we will ask for additional info (through email) and we will invite you to contact us by phone at a number/hour - sent through email.
After the first 15 free minutes of search/telephone discussions, if there seems to exist experts within the database who match the required profile, but we can't yet spell those 2-5 experts (based on a previous verification with the experts), we will invite you to pay 15 Euro+VAT for each 15 min of assistance/additional phone discussions.
